We offer free 30-day returns on eligible items. Please note, final sale items can not be returns for a refund unless faulty. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the receipt and processing of your return. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of us receiving your return. For security purposes, we only refund using the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email showing your refunded amount once your refund has been finalised. Please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to appear into your account. All returns must be submitted through our Returns Portal and shipped via UPS back to the Le Specs Distribution Center. Please allow 1–2 weeks for your return to be received and processed. Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 5 business days, though timing may vary depending on your bank and during busy periods. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been completed.
Please note, items marked “FINAL SALE ONLY” on the product page are not eligible for return unless faulty. Le Specs reserves the right to reject items that show signs of wear or damage.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is received at the Le Specs Distribution Centre. Returns will be processed within 5 business days from delivery date at our distribution centre; this may vary during busy periods.
For security reasons we only refund using the original payment method. Once your return has been processed you will receive another email showing your refunded amount has been finalised. Please allow up to 3 business days for refunds to appear in your account. Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable unless your item is deemed to be faulty.
WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
Please visit our Contact Us page within 7 days to report the issue. Following inspection the item, Le Specs will either replace or refund the item in accordance with Australian Consumer Laws.

Manufacturer’s warranties come with all products. All our sunglasses are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for 6 months from the date of purchase, with proof of purchase.
The details of the warranty period are details on the warranty card or in the instruction booklet. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratched or broken lenses, lost screws, fading or nose piece and frame deterioration.
Any alternations to the sunglasses will void your warranty. The manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace, in part or in full, the sunglasses returned for warranty or repair. Warranty claims and other repairs are at the complete discretion of the manufacturer.
